Bialowieza, Europe's last primeval forest

Bark is seen coming loose from a tree in the primeval Bialowieza forest on 18 July, 2017. The Polish government has relaxed restrictions on logging in this uniqure nature area prompting activists to blokc machinery set up to take down trees which in some cases are hunderds of years old.
