Shepherds make sheep's milk cheese. Late spring, when shepherds go to Carpathian mountain valleys all villagers come to celebrate it together. Exit to the mountain is accompanied by sounds of trumpet and horns. According to tradition shepherds with the villagers pray and bless their livestock.
