Siat Tipat Traditional Event at Bali held to celebrate full moon calendar at Badung-Bali and also for the safety for mount Agung to stay calm. People throw on each other ketupat, a type of dumpling made from rice packed inside a diamond-shaped container of woven palm leaf pouch.
