Consumer takes country out of crisis

Household consumption has taken the country out of recession, but the resumption will be slow because corporate investment will hardly return before the next election. This is the conclusion drawn from interviews with economists at Codace, the Economic Cycle Dating Committee that defines growth peaks and valleys.
