Eight Killed In Two Days long Gun Battle In Kashmir

The two days long gun battle ended on Monday with the killing of five Indian paramilitary troopers and three militants holed up inside the Centeral Reserve Police Force camp also serves as training centre for Indian government forces inducted for counter-insurgency operations in the Kashmir Valley. In a pre dawn rebels carried a suicide attack on their camp, in Pulwama district of south Kashmir, officials said.
