Shamans in Ecuador
The smell of cologne, tips (artisanal alcoholic drink), tobacco, the whistle of wind instruments and drums invade the shore of the waterfall of the 'Río Pita' in the sector of Molinuco (Valley of Los Chillos). In the place a group of Shamans led by Tayta (father) 'Chonta Negra' initiate the ritual of prosperity and gratitude to the 'Pacha Mama' (mother earth) with which they receive the new year, in Molinuco, Ecuador, January 22 of 2018. A woman with seven months of embarozo is cleansed of the bad energies with a guinea pig by a Shaman, the fetus inside the belly is placed in posison to be able to have a normal delivery.
