Leh is a little town in an elevation of 3500m. high. It used to be the capital of the Himalayan kingdom named Ladakh. Nowadays Leh is the capital in the regional district of Leh in Jammu and Kashmir in India. Leh is an important center for the mountainous area of India. Nowadays it attracts many tourists around the world, mostly those who are involved with mountain sport activities. In Leh there are 4 major religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam and Sikhism.
