Thessaloniki International Airport
Ryanair airplanes as seen in Thessaloniki International Airport "Makedonia" on March 17, 2018. Ryanair operates a fleet of 420 Boeing, 419 Boeing 737-800 and 1 737-700. Ryanair has an order of 160 more airplanes, including 110 Boeing's next generation Boeing 737 MAX 200. Thessaloniki airport is the second busiest in Greece, in 2017 more than 6 million passengers traveled from the airport. It was state owned but nowadays it is operated by FRAPORT.
