42nd edition of the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon

Runners compete during the start of the 42nd edition of the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon, an IAAF Gold Label road race on April 8, 2018 as seen from the top of the Obelisk in Place de la Concorde in Paris. Kenya's Paul Lonyangata held onto his title to win the Paris Marathon for the men's group on April 8 with an official time of 2 hours, 6 minutes and 25 seconds, while Kenya's Betsy Saina finished first for the women's group with a time of 2 hours, 22 minutes and 56 second.
