May Day In Munich

Protestors carry banners against the new Poliziaufgabengesetz of the CSU party as a policeman looks at them. Several thousands followed the invitation of the trade unions such as IG Metall, Verdi, GEW and others to protest at the international worker's day in Munich. Many different groups joined the protest. There were many signs and banners against the new Bavarian police law (Polizeiaugabengesetz), that many call the toughest law since the end of National Socialism in 1945.
