Cementing feet by Academic Practicioner in front of German Embassy
Jakarta, Indonesia, Wednesday 09 May 2018 : Farmers from Kendeng Mountain, Pati District, Central Java accompanied by academic praticioner from lawyer, teacher, and researcher hel demonstration in front of German Embassy, by cementing the academi practicioner to protest the plan between HeidelbergCement AG and PT. Sahabat Mulia Sakit as the sister company of PT. Indocement to exploit the mountain to produce cement. The plan for the mining will destroy the habitat that live arround the mountain and also destroy the farmers area that will cut their income. The fight already took years without reaction from Indonesian government especially President Joko Widodo.
