Men cooking beryun, dish contains cutlet made from lamb, cooked in a special small pan over open fire and enfolded in certain type of bread, known as "nan-e-taftun" and served with hot paper and sweet basil, as dinner for participants of Tazieh, ritual theater of the day of Ashura, in Imam Hussein Shahr in the village near Isfahan, Iran
