Turkish Kurds Wait At Syrian Border Against Turkish Government Blocking Entrance into Syria As Kobani Close to Falling To Islamic State.

A group of Syrian Kurds continued to wait today near the Syrian border of Mursitpinar, on the outskirts of Suruc, as fighting in nearby Kobani, Syria intensifies. The Syrian Kurds want the Turkish government to let them re-enter Syria to help the struggling Kurdish Forces fight Islamic State in Kobane, but the Turkish government is refusing re-entry. The group say they will return daily in hopes that there is a policy change within the Turkish government to let refugees return. (Photo by Gail Orenstein/NurPhoto)
