Riccardo Muti And John Malkovich Press Conference In Kiev

Italian conductor Riccardo Muti attends a press conference in Kyiv, Ukraine, 30 June,2018. John Malkovich and Riccardo will perform at a concert during the international project "The Roads of Friendship. Ravenna-Kiev" which will be held on the Sofia Square in Kiev on July 1.The 22nd event of the project that, since 1997, travels to places that have made history. Led by Riccardo Muti, the musicians of the “Luigi Cherubini” Youth Orchestra join the Orchestra and Choir of the National Opera of Ukraine, and also young artists from Mariupol, in Kiev, on the 1st of July ,and in Ravenna on the 3rd of July.The programme proposes Giuseppe Verdi’s music - from the "Stabat Mater" and "Te Deum" to "Nabucco" - and Aaron Copland’s "Lincoln Portrait", featuring John Malkovich as the narrator.
