Sarwan Brata Festival in Kathmandu
Devotees sing and dance after offering their prayer to Lord Shiva during the first day of Shravan Somvar festival, the month of fasting, at Pashupatinath temple premises in Kathmandu, Nepal on July 23, 2018. In Hindu calendar Shravan month is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Whole month is considered auspicious to seek blessing of Lord Shiva. Devotees keep various fasts during Shravan month to please the Lord.
