Malaysia's Immigration Department Launches Raid Operation Against Undocumented Migrant Workers

Some 157 undocumented migrants were detained for various offences by the Immigration Department during a raid under the 'Ops Mega 3.0' operation against undocumented migrant workers. The operation almost a month led to the examination of 4476 foreigners arrested involving Indonesian, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Filipino who working in various sectors. 91 employers who employed illegal immigrants were also arrested.
