Baobab Experience Denounces Salvini For Inciting Racial Hatred

Baobab Experience, the association that assists and supports homeless migrants in Rome, denounced Interior Minister Matteo Salvini for "inciting racial hatred". In a press conference on August 03, 2018 in Rome, Italy, the association's president, Roberto Viviani, explained the reasons: "We are here to say loudly that even a single case of racially motivated violence is an emergency. The boys who are in our garrison are frightened, discriminatory acts are also the order of the day in Rome," explained Viviani. "The lawsuit is based on a ruling by the Supreme Court that found the phrase "you must leave", pronounced by one citizen to two aggravating migrants for the purpose of discrimination, or racial or ethnic hatred.
