In Badakhshan, Afghanistan, on 8 August 2018, a mother gave birth to a dichotomy that attached from the head. Doctors say the possibility of separating both children, is not in Badakhshan and should be put into operation in one of the well-equipped hospitals.Both children are girls, they are from a remote area of Shar-e Buzarg district of Badakhshan province.The families of these children are very poor and do not has the ability to transfer these two children out of Badakhshan.
