The airline is owned by the Government of Serbia and Etihad Airways as Etihad acquired a 49% stake in Jat Airways, the former name of Air Serbia. The airline owns a subsidiary airline called Aviolet. Today's fleet consists of 21 aircrafts and an order of 10 new Airbus A320neo.
