People try to free a road blocked by cars near the town of Veliko Tarnovo, Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014. Bulgaria's main Black Sea port of Varna was closed due to strong wind, one woman died and a man still missing at flooded area near the town of Burgas authorities said. The heavy rain flooded southern Bulgaria leaving hundreds of homes and cars under the water, causing communication and electricity breakdowns across the Balkan country.
