Foreign minors protest as they want to go to school

A minor brings a placard against the administration (DDAEOMIE) who decide who is minor or who is not. Unaccompanied foreign minors protest in front the Toulouse's Local Board Authority to obtain a meeting. They ask for places in classroom to continue their studies. They took lessons in the park in front of the Local Board Authority. As these unacompanied foreign minors wait for their authorization to stay in France and for a place in school, they take courses in French, Mathematics, history, geography and English.
