Public Art Instalation Unveiled Mimics Philadelphia Subway system

People interact with Pulse, a newly installed public art installation by artist Janet Echelman at the Dilworth Park's fountain, in Center City, Philadelphia, PA, on September 13, 2018. Compressed air and water mixture creates a mist effect and is programed to mimmic the movement of the subway lines underneath. The Center City located art work is intended to become a popular selfie spot, especially when lit vibrantly at night. (Photo by Bastiaan Slabbers/NurPhoto)
