Plaza de San Francisco de Asís in Habana Vieja district, Havana, Cuba is one of the four leading plazas in Havana.. The square that is in front of the harbor that was created by the Spanish galleons crew in the 15th century, after creating markets and the church. In 1990 the plaza had a full restoration. The famous fountain in the square in the square is Fuente de los Leones, carved by Italian sculptor Giuseppe Gaggini and the newest addition in 2012 is the La Conversacion, a modern bronze statue showing two people talking by French artist Etienne.
