Naiara Cebrian Arlcalá 26 year old lives with his little 5 year old daughter, Yanismer, occupying an apartment which is property of Bankia, they have been living there for a year and four months. Naiara had previously been evicted during the spring of 2012 from an atelier where she lived with her sister and her daughter, they were paying a monthly rent of 550 euros ($684) plus community fees but she become unemployed due to the financial crisis and she could not afford the monthly payment and decided to occupy an apartment. Naiara who is unemployed, perceived 8 months ago an unemployment benefit of 426 euros ($583) but actually lives without any income or economic help. She is currently living in the apartment with her 5 year old daughter, and has requested the REMI (minimum insertion income) and social housing at the IVIMA and the EMVS but they have not replied. Thanks to the platform of the affected by mortgages ("La PAH") her eviction was postponed but Bankia has refused to negotiate a social rent and gives her one month to leave the house without the option to negotiate.
