Aceh International Rapa'i Festival

The Acehnese performed "Rapa'i Uroh" at the the Aceh International Rapa'i Festival (ACIRAF) 2018 in Lhokseumawe, on November 8, 2018, Aceh, Indonesia. Rapa'i percussion instruments (drums made from goat skin) and play Debus (martial arts that show the abilities of extraordinary humans who are immune to sharp weapons). The art of Rapa'i Uroh and Debus is a traditional Acehnese art, a combination of art, religion and metaphysical science (invulnerability) which is played accompanied by a Rapa'i musical instrument led by a caliph with a formation sitting in a circle during the performance.
