International Day For The Elimination Of Violence Against Women In Brussels

November 25th, Brussels. On the same day that the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women takes place, in Brussels, thousands of women and men gathered during a demonstration against violence against women. The demonstration was organized by the Belgium platform Mirabal Belgium which unites around sixty associations and organizations. They want to send a strong signal on this day for the elimination of violence against women and make a call to civil society (associations and citizens) to express their rejection of 'machismo' violence.
