Growing Heat Networks seminar
Guy Boulby, of the Department for Energy and Climate Change, speaking about that there is "More energy consumption (44%) coming from heating, electricity generation is lower... The is a role for biomass and high efficiency gas in heat networks and building heating... There is also potential for recycling industrial waste in heat networks... Heat networks, ranging from a block of flats to a University campuses, produce 2% of heat demand..." at the Growing Heat Networks seminar in Manchester, England.
