Over 70 countries Heads of Missions based diplomates From New Delhi take part in a flag hosting programme to witness the preparations for the Kumbh Mela to be held next month , on the banks of Holy Sangam , confluence of Ganges , Yamuna and Mythological Saraswati rivers in Allahabad on December 15 , 2018 . Massive preparations are underway for the Kumbh Mela which has been recognised by the UNESCO as an "intangible cultural heritage of humanity".The diplomatic trips to 71 countries of the world for the global branding of the Kumbh Mela .
