Yellow Vests Strike In Toulouse

After the beginning of the 5th (Act V) peaceful demonstration of thousands of 'Yellow Jackets', the protest turned to skirmishes. Riot police and Gendarmerie Mobile launched volleys of tear gas canisters and fired rounds of flashball into the crowd. Police also used a police water cannon. The 'Yellow Jackests movement begun on November 17th by a protest against the rise of taxes on oil products. They said that the rise of taxes on oil products was the detonator of their wrath against French President Macron and his governement and their demand of his resignation. Toulouse. France.
