So at the moment I could not bring my son in Italy because my in-laws kid-napped my son" Michele Becattini started the process in 2015 to get his son back and ended in 2017 with the sentence of the Supreme Court, in favor of the return of his son to Italy. The execution date was set for May 23, 2017 but has never been applied by the court. Michele Becattini has seen and met his son for about 10 hours in total, although he came to Japan and stayed in Hamamatsu for 83 days in 4 years.
