Flooded With Trash End 2018 In Venezuela

Besieged garbage look the avenues, streets and housing complexes of San Francisco municipality in Venezuela today Friday 28 to three days after the end of 2018. The problem of solid waste collection in the state is aggravated every day, and is recurrent throughout the year. Neighbors, communal councils, political leaders have denounced the situation before the municipality as established by the Organic Law of the Municipal Public Power in its article 37. That cites the faculty of "watching over the fulfillment of the urban cleaning and home cleaning", before the situation the response of the regional and municipal government is inefficient.
