Traditional Christmas tree arrives in St. Peter Square, on December 4, 2014. The tree come from the mountains of Fabrizia, in has an estimated age of 70 years and a special feature: the main trunk has indeed a trunk 'twin' because it is made of two sections together. High E '25.5 meters for a diameter of 55 centimeters, a maximum width of the crown of about 10 meters and a weight estimated at 80 tons. Every year in the Vatican is accepted the proposal of one of the regions of the world that offer the Christmas tree. It is a tradition inaugurated in 1982 by John Paul II.
