European home affairs commissioner French, Jacques Barrot holds a press conference on sexual exploitation of children, at European Commission headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on 2009-03-25 The European Commission has adopted two proposals for new rules to step up the fight against trafficking in human beings and child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation and child pornography.
