The ACT X Of The Yellow Vests Movement In Toulouse

A Yellow Vest holds a placard reading 'Macron, looks at your Rolex, it's revolt time' amid clouds of tear gas. For the Act X (Act 10) of the Yellow Vests movement, more than 12000 people took to the streets of Toulouse. The protest begun and stood peacefully during two hours before riot police and Gendarmerie Mobile (military) cut the demonstration in two as they launched volleys of tear gas canisters into the crowd. Skirmishes took place during several hours. One police water cannon and three armored vehicules were used against protesters. The Yellow Jackets movement begun on November 17th by a protest against the rise of taxes on oil products. The rise of taxes was the detonator of their wrath against French President Macron and his governement and their demand of his resignation.Toulouse. France. January 19th 2019.
