Toronto Gets Hit By Winter Storm And Bone-chilling Cold

Homeowner uses a snow-blower to clear his driveway after Southern Ontario got a blast of winter weather as 10-15 centimeters of snow covered the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada on January 20, 2019. In addition to the snow, bone chilling temperatures of -24 degrees celsius (-31 degrees celsius with the wind-chill) which prompted the city to issue an extreme cold weather alert as an arctic air mass settled over Southern Ontario.
