U.S. Army Troops Continue To Add Concertina Wire To Border Wall In Arizona

Concertina wire, recently added by U.S. Army troops, is seen covering the U.S.-Mexico border wall in Nogales, Arizona on February 6, 2019. Troops began adding additional rows of wire to downtown Nogales this past Saturday and have continued to add more rows this week in and around Nogales while local officials are asking for the wire to be removed.
