The Condition After Tsunami Waves In Indonesia
Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia (February 7, 2019) - Residents affected by the earthquake disaster walked near tents in the Duyu Refugee Camp, Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, Thursday, February 7, 2019. More than 100,000 refugees currently still survive in tents because temporary shelter prepared by the government has not been completed. Of the 700 temporary shelter units with a capacity of 12 families each unit, there are around 300 units that can be occupied. The local government is targeting the temporary shelter to be completed by the end of March 2019. Meanwhile, refugees who are still in tents since the earthquake on September 28 2018 then live in shortages, ranging from lack of food ingredients, to the difficulty of getting clean water. Not only that, a number of refugees have begun to be attacked by diseases (Photo by Basri Marzuki/NurPhoto)
