The Unions And Yellow Vests Gathered In Nantes
The unions CGT, FSU and Solidaires as well as Yellow Vests ("gilets jaunes") gathered near the hotel of Region of the Pays-de-la-Loire in Nantes on 8 February 2019, where went the Prime Minister Edouard Philippe in view the signing of a Future Contract concerning mobility in the Greater West in order to offset the consequences of the abandonment of the Notre-Dame-des-Landes airport project. The protesters intended to protest against the quaestor's silence against the government's anger and demand that the latter finally bring them concrete and immediate responses to their demands for social, fiscal and environmental justice.
