Poland And U.S. Hold International Middle East Security Conference

Mister Pence is visiting Poland on the occasion of the Middle East summit which has as it's main focus Iran which is deemed as a threat to security in the region. The summit is controversial and many high-level EU representatives and several invitees such as Russian and Lebanon have waved their invitations. The conference, which no other EU country agreed to host comes at a time when Poland is attempting to persuade the US to permanently station troops in the country as a counterweight to continuing Russian hostilities in the region.
