Egyptian Parliament Votes On Constitutional Amendments
14 February 2019, Egypt, Cairo: MPs of Al-Nour ultra-conservative Islamist party attend a session of the Egyptian Parliament during which Parliament members are voting on the proposed constitutional amendments that will increase the country's President term in office from four to six years after deliberations a day earlier. If MPs voted in favour, the amendments will be referred to the Legislative and Constitutional Affairs Committee to be discussed in detail and to be finalized before being referred to the President to be put up for a public vote in a national referendum (Photo by Mohamed Mostafa/NurPhoto)
