Without electricity and without water Venezuelans marched in the city of Maracaibo Venezuela on Saturday March 9, 2019. In protest and following the call of the president of the National Assembly Juan Guaido, to go out into the streets demanding the exit of power of President Nicolás Maduro . Due to the critical economic, political and social situation that caused an electricity blackout at the national level, the shortage of food, drinking water, medicines, lack of transportation, cash, closing of banks, in addition to the fall of telephone and internet communications dwarf emergency that paralyzed the country.
