Armenian Christmas eve in Palestine

The Armenians celebrated Christmas on January 18, 2015 in Bethlehem city, West Bank, amid the presence of popular and official. Hundreds attended with Patriarch Nourhan Minogue who participated celebrations at Manger Square, and then prayed at Basilica of Nativity in Bethlehem, of the West Bank of Palestine. While most Armenians celebrate Christmas on January 6th, the Orthodox Armenians of Jerusalem mark the birth of Jesus on January 18, according to the Julian calendar (Photo by Mohammad Alhaj/NurPhoto)
