Lumbini is one of the world’s most Buddhist spiritual sites and the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism. Lumbini Monastic Zone has a number of monasteries and temples build by Buddhist organizations from various countries, have been completed or are still under construction.
