Act 19 Of The Yellow Vest Protest In Toulouse Turns To Skirmishes With Riot Police
Protesters hold placard s depicting Christophe Castaner (French interior Ministry), French president Macron, and Benalla (an aide to Macron). For the Act 19 thousands of protesters called 'Gilets jaunes' (ie Yellow vests) demonstrated in Toulouse against French President Macron, his government, its policies. They demand fiscal and social justice, more ecology and the RIC (Citizens Initiated Referendum). Riot police used volleys of tear gas canisters to disperse the crowd. After the orders of French Interior Minister Castaner to disperse immediatly the protests, there were numerous people injured by riot police.
