Ciragan Ottoman Palace on the shore of the European side of Bosporus sea in Istanbul. The palace is operating today as a five-star hotel from Kempinski Hotels chain. It is ranked as the14th most expensive hotel in the world for the Sultan's suite. The palace was built by Sultan Abdulaziz and was designed by the Armenian Architect Nigogayos Balyan.
