Bhavani Nath Valmiki of Kinnar Akhara was known as Shabnam Begum till 2 years ago. Bhavani Nath Valmiki, who had accepted Islam after leaving Hinduism, has also visited Haj in 2012. Bhavani Nath, who returned to Hinduism in 2015, became a priest in the Amazon hearth of All India Hindu Mahasabha in 2016. Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati gave him the title of Mahamandaleshwar in 2017.
