KPN chairman: net profits have fallen

Chairman Eelco Blok of Dutch telecom provider KPN on Wednesday presented the yearly financial results in The Hague. Net profit has fallen and in the forthcoming quarter the company will remain in the red. KPN has been struggling to find ways to make a profit with large numbers of mobile users taking to social media and chat apps to communicate instead of using paid for call minutes.
