Daily Life In Warsaw
Students are seen reading in the Warsaw Univeristy Library on World Book Day on April 23, 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. World Book Day is an internationally celebrated day every year organized by the UNESCO to promote reading and publishing and was first celebrated in 1995. According to statistics from the Polish National Library readership in Poland has gone down with only 38% of Poles said to have read at least one book in the previous year.
