The People's Salvation Cathedral is seen under constrction next to Palace of Parliament on April 29, 2019 in Bucharest, Romania. The giant Oxthodox cathedral will be the largest by volume in the world when it is completed in 2024. Construction of the cathedral has been controversial in a country in which infrastructure, health care and education has been severly underfunded.
