Gay Pride Takes Place In Paris
Many young people, often dressed and made up in the colours of the rainbow flag, came to walk and dance around the different floats of the 2019 edition for the 50th anniversary of the Gay Pride which took place in Paris on Saturday 29 June 2019 in the middle of a heat wave, including that of the lesbian and anti-gender community. The LGBTQ community has taken to the streets to defend and claim their rights, to fight homophobia and transphobia. In Paris, tens of thousands of people took part in the pride march that ended in the Republic. The objective of the parade this year was to defend the opening of the PMA to all women.
